Create a transport orders from a sales quote - If the sales quote is converted to a sales order the transport order will be carried over and associated with the resulting sales order.
Transport Orders with a missing country code can no longer be sent - For some reason Cargonizer will accept transport orders without a country code but then cosider the address invalid. It will then use the address of a previous transport order for the recipient which is not always what you would want.
