Tidsbanken Connector Guide

Setup & Configuration

  1. Install the App

    • Deploy the Tidsbanken Connector app in your Business Central environment.

  2. Connector Setup

    • Go to Tidsbanken Connector Setup (search for "Tidsbanken Connector Setup" in Business Central).

    • Enter the following:

      • tb-key: Customer API key for Tidsbanken (provided by Tidsbanken).

      • Subscription-Key: Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key for the integration partner.

      • Service URL: The base URL for the Tidsbanken API (default: https://api.tidsbanken.net).

      • GUI URL: The URL for the Tidsbanken web interface (default: https://min.tidsbanken.net/).

      • API Versions/Paths: Configure as needed for your Tidsbanken environment.

      • Validate Project is Concluded: When enabled, the app will check that a project is concluded in Tidsbanken before allowing a production order to be set to Finished.

      • Only Import Released Prod. Orders: When enabled, only time registrations for released production orders are imported from Tidsbanken.

Usage

Synchronize Production Orders

  • Open the Released Production Orders list.

  • For each order, use the Synchronize with Tidsbanken action to send the order to Tidsbanken.

  • The field Synchronized with Tidsbanken indicates the sync status.

Import Time Registrations

  • Open the Production Output page.

  • Use the Import from Tidsbanken action to fetch time registrations from Tidsbanken and post them in Business Central.

Open Project Card in Tidsbanken

  • On released or firm planned production orders, use the Open Project Card in Tidsbanken action to open the corresponding project card directly in Tidsbanken.

Automated Synchronization

  • When the Synchronized with Tidsbanken field is set on a production order, the app will automatically synchronize the order with Tidsbanken.

Permissions

  • The app includes permission sets (e.g., DYP TP Edit and DYP MES) to control access to connector features. Assign these to users as needed.

    • Users handling import or export from BC to Tidsbanken must have the DYP TP Edit permission set.

    • All users handling sales order, transfer order, production order or Production BOM must have the DYP MES permission set.
