Setup & Permissions

Initial setup

  1. Assign permissions and verify a valid Dynapro license.
  2. Open Tidsbanken Connector Setup and enter the approved customer key and subscription key. These values are masked and stored in company-scoped isolated storage.
  3. Confirm the approved Base URL, GUI URL, API versions, and entity paths. Do not change endpoints without your integration owner.
  4. Enable Tidsbanken, configure Default Assigned User/Project Type and optional project-conclusion validation.
  5. Enable import only after Work Entry Connector is configured with the required journals, locations, confirmation behavior, and optional Autopost.
  6. Create the job queues, test a production order, and inspect the Activity Log.

A production copy clears the stored Tidsbanken customer-key reference; re-establish it after copying an environment to Production.

Permissions

Set Use
DYP TB Read View setup and run connector pages, code, and jobs.
DYP TB Edit Read permissions plus create/modify/delete Connector Setup. Use for administrators.

Users also need the applicable standard Manufacturing and Work Entry Connector permissions.
