Customer Credit Rating

Customer Credit Rating is a Business Central app by Dynapro AS. It retrieves credit scores and ratings for your customers from a credit rating agency and shows them directly on the customer, so you can assess creditworthiness without leaving Business Central. The app can also update the customer credit limit from the agency result.

How the pieces fit together

1. An administrator enables the app and connects the agency in Setup.
2. A user opens a customer and runs Update Credit Rating to fetch the latest result.
3. The score, rating, explanation, and credit limit appear in the Credit Rating Overview on the customer.
4. Every check is stored in the Credit Report Log for history and audit.
