Credit Rating Overview¶
What you'll do here:
- Read a customer's credit score, rating, explanation, and credit limit.
- Find the credit information on the Customer Card and Customer List.
- Understand what each credit rating code means.
Overview¶
Customer Credit Rating adds credit information to every customer. After a credit check runs, the latest result appears on the Customer Card and in the Credit Report FactBox. The fields are read-only and always reflect the most recent check for that customer.
To see the credit information, open a customer and run Update Credit Rating. See Check a Customer's Credit for the steps.
