Providers & Permissions¶
Overview¶
Dynapro Electronic Documents generates and stages documents; a provider transports them to and from the PEPPOL network. The Logiq module is the access point integration Dynapro AS supplies. This guide covers the Logiq provider and the permission sets that control who can use the app.
The Logiq Provider¶
The Dynapro Electronic Documents (Logiq) module adds the access point transport and a subscription layer on top of Dynapro EDI. It has almost no separate UI — it extends the setup card and runs its transport jobs in the background.
Setup card additions¶
| Field / action | Description |
|---|---|
| Environment Type | Whether the app connects to the Test or Production environment when sending and receiving files. |
| Verify Service Billing Totals | Verifies that the total of the lines in a service invoice or credit memo matches the amount in the XML before the document is sent. |
| Register Trial Subscription | Registers a trial subscription for the app. |
| Update License | Refreshes the locally stored licensing data from the licensing server. |
How it transports documents¶
| Job | Does |
|---|---|
| File Upload | Picks transactions with status Ready for Upload, acquires an access token, uploads the file, and sets the status to Sent to Access Point. |
| File Download | Pulls incoming messages from the Logiq endpoint into transactions. |
| Delivery Status Check | Polls the delivery status of sent documents. |
All Logiq jobs require an active subscription through the Dynapro Licensing Client. If the subscription is missing, the jobs stop and show a message to contact support.
PEPPOL and E-Document Core¶
Dynapro EDI builds documents with the standard PEPPOL export codeunits and registers them through the standard Electronic Document Format and Document Sending Profile framework. Delivery is either the platform's document exchange service (PEPPOL) or, when Logiq is installed, the Logiq access point. In short:
- Dynapro EDI — document generation, staging, and monitoring.
- E-Document Core / PEPPOL — the format and sending-profile framework.
- Logiq — the concrete send and receive channel.
Permission Sets¶
Assign the permission set that matches the user's role:
| Permission Set | Audience | Grants |
|---|---|---|
| DYP ED EDI Read | View-only users | Read access to EDI orders, catalogs, and the transaction log. |
| Dynapro EDI Edit | Sales/order admins and EDI coordinators | Read and modify EDI data and run all processing — send, import, create sales orders, and maintain catalogs. |
| Dynapro EDI Setup | Administrators | Access to the setup table and setup page only. |
When the Logiq module is installed, use its permission sets instead:
| Permission Set | Audience |
|---|---|
| DYP LO User | Users of a Logiq-connected deployment. Includes Dynapro EDI Edit plus the Logiq transport and licensing objects. |
| DYP LO Read | Read-only users of a Logiq-connected deployment. |
