Dynapro Manufacturing is a Business Central app by Dynapro AS. It enhances standard Business Central Manufacturing with item and BOM costing, production order controls, subcontractor purchase orders, offspec material returns, and material classification — so production planners and shop-floor staff get more control and visibility without leaving the tools they already use.

How the pieces fit together

  1. An administrator enables the module and configures behaviour in Setup & Permissions.
  2. Planners maintain BOMs and routings using BOM & Routing Enhancements, and roll up costs with Item & BOM Costing.
  3. Production orders are managed in Production Order Management; outsourced operations are ordered through Subcontractor Purchase Orders.
  4. Shop-floor staff post journals in Consumption & Journals and handle leftovers with Offspec Returns & Shortage Handling.
  5. Material Classification tags items with a material quality that flows through to sales and purchase documents.
