Item Availability & Pricing¶
Overview¶
Dynapro Trade shows item availability by location, in conversion units, and directly on sales and purchase order lines, so staff can check stock without leaving the document. It also provides tuned list views of price list lines. Sales, purchase, and warehouse staff use these.
Item Availability on the Item Card¶
The Item Per Location factbox on the Item Card shows inventory for each location, with a drill-down to item ledger entries. When conversion units are enabled, it also shows Qty. in Conv. Unit.
The Item Qty. Conversion Unit factbox shows inventory and open quantities — sales, purchase, transfer, and production orders, and quantity in transit — in both the base unit of measure and the item's conversion unit.
Item Availability on Order Lines¶
The Item By Location factbox appears on Sales Order and Purchase Order lines. For each location it shows:

| Qty. on Sales Orders | Quantity committed on other sales orders. |
| Qty. on Purch. Orders | Quantity on purchase orders. |
Each figure drills down to the underlying entries or documents.
Price List Lines¶
Two tuned list views of the standard price list lines are available for quick review:
- Price List Lines — sales price list lines: price list code, source, product, dates, minimum quantity, unit price, and related fields.
- Price List Lines Purchase — the same view for purchase price list lines.
Use these when you need to scan or filter pricing across price lists without opening each price list individually.
