Job Queue Monitoring & Permissions

Overview

Dynapro Trade adds a system-wide view of job queue health and defines the permission sets that control access to its features. Administrators use both.

Job Queue Monitoring

The Job Queue (All Users) list shows every job queue entry in the system — not just the current user's — sorted by last-ready state, with failed entries highlighted. Use it to spot problems across scheduled jobs at a glance.

Action Does
Show Error Shows the error message for a failed entry.
Restart Restarts the entry.
Delete Removes the entry.
Show Record Opens the record the entry processes.
Schedule a Report Schedules a report to run on the job queue.

A Job Queue Errors count is also available as a cue, showing how many job queue entries currently have an error status, with a drill-down to the filtered list.

Country/Region Translations

The Country/Region Translations page is a convenient list view over the standard country/region translation data (Country/Region Code, Language Code, Name), for maintaining multi-language country names.

Permission Sets

Permission Set Audience Grants
DYP TRADE Sales, purchase, warehouse, and finance staff Full read/write access to Dynapro Trade tables and execute rights on its pages, reports, and codeunits. Includes the Dynapro Conversion Units and Automatic Charge Assignment permissions.
DYP TRADE Setup Administrators Everything in DYP TRADE, plus access to the setup table.

The app also extends many standard Microsoft role permission sets (Administrator, Accountants, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Sales, Purchase Document Edit/Post, Item Edit, Journals Edit/Post, Warehouse Edit, RapidStart, Team Member, and others), so users with those roles automatically gain the matching Dynapro Trade access without needing a separate assignment.
