Dynapro Service Management

Dynapro Service Management is a Business Central app by Dynapro AS. It enhances the standard Business Central Service Management module with faster service order handling, operating-hours tracking, delivery and purchase status visibility, warehouse cues, customer email notifications, and service reporting — so service teams keep orders moving without extra manual work.

How the pieces fit together

  1. An administrator enables the module and sets defaults in Setup & Permissions.
  2. Dispatchers create and build service orders faster in Service Order Lines, using Service Item Groups & Components.
  3. Technicians register Operating Hours and monitor Service Item Status & Warranty.
  4. Missing parts are ordered in Purchasing & PO Warnings; warehouse staff watch Delivery Status & Warehouse.
  5. Customers are kept informed by Customer Notifications, and the job is documented in Reports & Credit Memos.
