Overview¶
Overview¶
Dynapro Service Management enhances the standard Business Central Service Management module. It does not replace standard service — it adds fields, actions, cues, reports, and background logic to the service order, service item, service item group, and service contract objects you already use. The result is faster order handling, better visibility of parts and delivery, and automatic customer notifications.
Almost every added field and action is available only when the Dynapro subscription is active and the module is enabled in setup. See Setup & Permissions.
